Is that the original witch goblin?
I beleive I have seen that before.
I posted a similar decoration on my blog, but the only thing I know about her is she was made in 1976.

Hi, Yes, the one I have posted is the original Beistle design. They updated both the witch (the one on your blog) and the Jack O Lantern goblins in the 1970s. Note the groovy bellbottom pants on the 1970s versions!
