Took the subway to Sunset/Vermont yesterday and found this one little maple tree's leaves changing color in front of the Los Angeles Children's Hospital. Fall arrives in Hollywood! It was a warm day with Santa Ana winds. The fall colors and clear sky are a refreshing change of pace from the smoke and wildfires.
We went to a great gift shop across from the Vista Theatre called Uncle Jer's. I've always liked the mural on the side of Uncle Jer's. It's almost Halloween-ish.
A monkey is not complete until it dons a red fez.
Trivia: Director Ed Wood had an office on the second floor of the Vista Theatre building.
